To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition. Defective products will be tested and verified before any replacement or refund is issued.
Products damaged due to improper installation, overclocking, physical damage, or liquid damage are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for testing and inspection.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or cash on pickup.
